I love big dogs and I cannot lie.
I've been pet and house sitting since I was a teenager and worked professionally in kennels for over eight years and have experience with the biggest mastiffs to the smallest poms. I've been responsible for caring for seniors with specialized diets and medication and have the patience to entertain even the most rambunctious puppies.

James has been a consistently reliable and dedicated sitter for me for years! He cares deeply about dogs and will always give them his best to make sure they're taken care of and loved while their people are away. He checks in regularly but has enough confidence to take care of things himself if they come up without panicking. My beast of a dog has his fair share of reactivity issues, and I know James is strong enough to handle him so he'll always be safe with him. I've seen James work with and care for different dogs for years and he has always proven that he wants the best for each one.
James is wonderful with every dog he works with. With his experience working with service dogs, working in kennels that care for over 60 dogs of all ages, and managing all the moving parts of the kennels, he is a perfect fit for watching your dogs. He knows how to administer different types of medicine, is familiar with enrichment activities, and can reinforce any training you have provided. Most importantly, he will give your dog all the love and attention they need.
James has worked with dogs for years, and has always been attentive and loving with the pups in his care. In addition to knowing him professionally working with dogs, he has stayed at my home many times over the years to watch my girl, Rizzo. She is always so happy to see him on the Ring camera, and he gives her lots of belly rubs and attention. He takes her on walks and follows my complicated instructions to care for my girl and my home. I would definitely recommend James to care for your pups of any age!
It is always very comforting to have your dogs run up to your dog sitter and immediately want to sit by them! Our girls love James and we love having someone who is dependable and caring for them.

Schedule
I'm enrolled in community college but only have in-person classes on Thursdays. I'm an early riser and more of a home body so I'm happy to work around whatever your dog needs.

I live in a very dog friendly apartment with my two sisters who love dogs just as much as I do. There's a paved path around a wide pond behind my apartment that is well shaded and perfect for walking, there's plenty of grass areas, poop bag stations, and even two medium sized gravel yards where your dog can enjoy some off leash play.
A typical day
I'm used to opening shifts at kennels which required me up before 6am so I'm perfectly capable of getting up early for potty breaks, breakfast, and/or a morning walk. Please tell me what sort of activities your dogs enjoys and, if they're staying at my apartment, bring any of their favorite toys so that they have something familiar and fun that I can occupy them with.
