I work part-time as a college professor, so there are days where I am completely free. On the days I do work, they are typically less than 8 hours shifts. I live alone with one cat but I have a screened in porch and a fenced in backyard. I also live in a great neighborhood for walking dogs.

James Bryant Smith is a consummate professional in everything he does. He is responsible and kind, resourceful and creative, clear and driven. He is both reliable and flexible and has a real sense of humor. And his passion for animals and his ability with them is incredible. When our family adopted our sweet cat, Anatole, we didn’t know as much as we should have about what it meant to take care of our feline friend. But Bryant was there for us, teaching us about cat behavior, helping us get a good setup in our house, demonstrating how to clip toenails, etc. If there’s someone you can really trust with your pets, it’s Bryant.

He went above and beyond to ensure that Kitty Purry was well-fed, entertained, and, most importantly, comfortable while I was away. His updates and photos gave me complete peace of mind, and I could tell that Kitty Purry was in the best hands.
