Pet care experience
A Home Away from Home for Your Dog
I have grown up around dogs and understand the love, attention and consistency they need. Although I currently have no pets of my own, this is ideal for dogs staying with me as they will receive my full attention and won’t need to share space with other animals. I grew up with an Irish Doodle (a cross between an Irish Red Setter and a Poodle) and have also spent a lot of time around Vizslas, giving me experience with active, intelligent and affectionate breeds. I am comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, ages and personalities, and will ensure every dog feels safe, happy and well cared for while in my home.

We wouldn’t leave our dog with anyone else. James is so good with our anxious dog and we are over the moon to have found somewhere that our dog loves going to. We have tried kennels in the past but never been happy with them. James treats our dog like one of the family and he sends us regular photo updates.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and am able to work from home when required, allowing me to provide plenty of attention, companionship and supervision throughout the day. I can adapt my routine to meet your pet’s needs, whether that means regular walks, playtime, feeding schedules or simply keeping them company. I am available on both weekdays and weekends and will ensure your pet receives the care, attention and affection they deserve while staying with me.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priorities. I live in a clean, pet-friendly home with a secure fenced garden, providing a safe outdoor space for exercise and play. As I currently have no pets of my own, visiting pets can enjoy a calm environment and receive plenty of one-to-one attention. I will follow your pet’s usual routine, including feeding, exercise and any special requirements, to help them feel comfortable, secure and at home throughout their stay.
A typical day
A typical day will be tailored to your dog’s individual needs and routine. This may include morning and evening walks, playtime in the secure garden, plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day, and regular feeding times. I enjoy keeping dogs both physically and mentally stimulated through games, enrichment activities and exploring local walking routes. If your dog prefers a quieter day, I’m equally happy to provide a calm and comfortable environment where they can relax and feel at home.
