I cannot say enough great things about James. Leaving my dog in someone else’s care is never easy, but from the moment we connected, I felt completely at ease. He went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable, happy, and well cared for while I was away. Throughout the stay, he kept me updated with messages, photos, and videos, which meant so much to me. It was clear that my dog wasn’t just being watched, he was genuinely being cared for and treated like family. He paid attention to his routine, made sure he got plenty of exercise, affection, and playtime, and took the time to understand his personality and needs.
