I am semi retired, so I have much flexibility in the hours that can be devoted to dog walking. I walk my own dogs in all kinds of weather, which is necessary given the variable climate here in NE Ohio!

In my own home, my dogs get out for walks at least three times a day, we well as potty breaks where necessary. They have crates where they can freely go to when they wish to. Most important is that the dogs and I adhere to a stable, regular routine, including feeding and playtimes.

I say the above because for many years, my long time dog buddy, Shelby (pictured in the photo I'm holding), loved to ride in my car, right by my side. Shelby passed away in 2018 and I miss her so much, every day. In 2019, I rescued a blue heeler/beagle mix, Nova; then in 2024, a shepherd mix, Holly. Dogs have been my companions for more than 40 years, and I have loved caring for, walking, playing, vacationing and just plain hanging with them. . I truly love dogs. They are one of humankind's most noble and steadfast animal friends. I would very much enjoy taking your best friend (or friends) for a walk. I have always enjoyed the company of my canines...and I'm sure I'd feel the same way about your four-legged pals. Plus, getting out with them is great exercise...for both dog and human!

I've known James for 35 years. I can attest that he provides love and care for his dogs during the last 4 decades. James is responsible and a great dog walker. He has a sense of adventure and fun for and with his canine companions. On family vacations, he brings along our dogs, so they too, can enjoy traveling to various locations. James will make a fine addition to the Rover team.

My brother Jim has. Been a little er of dishes whe life. He has walked and taken care of dog Dexter the boxer quite often for me. I can. It think of any one I would trust with my beloved Dexter more than Jim He’s very dependable and wil always arrive at specified time discussed to walk a dog. Susan
Hi! I'm happy to tell you what a wonderful person Jim is. We worked together and connected with our love for our four legged family member! We talked about our pets present and the ones that passed on. The stories and pictures he shared with me were so sweet. Both Jim and his wife Laurie care so tenderly and selflessly for their pets. Jim shared many stories about his dogs Shelby and Nova. So much love in his voice when he spoke of them. We no longer work together but we still keep in touch. Both Shelby and Nova passed away, but he does have a new pet, Holly. And she is one loved pup! I would highly recommend Jim for your company. I would trust him completely to watch my dog.
