Reliable and experienced care!
First, what sets us apart is that we can provide pet care for many animals, not just dogs and cats. If you are someone who needs care for all of your pets such as fish, birds, and small rodents. We are very comfortable with that and we think it would be fun to provide those services too! We have been dog sitting together for friends for over the past 7 years. Kate has been for over 20 years.

Safety, trust & environment
We always make sure that the area is “pet-proofed”. Meaning that there are no choking hazards or other things that they can get to. Keeping the home tidy and clean is very important to us.
Ratings and reviews
James and Katherine are the sweetest, most responsive pet caretakers and I don't have enough hours in the day to sing their praises properly. We are sad to see them moving out of state and wish them the best!
James and Kate were brilliant. They immediately warmed to our puppy and their experience with dogs showed right away. They were very respectful and communicative.
My boys have been obsessed with Katherine for the past year of walks and pet sits, and now they are excited for their new chapter with primarily James! Both super attentive and reliable. My more social dog Henry also now gets the benefit of their newborn son to fawn over. Would give 6 stars if possible.
James and Kate are the best dog and cat sitters ! We trust them so much and they care for our pets like they are their own. I seriously think our dog is sad when they leave lol
James and Katherine are wonderful dog sitters! Our dog loves them. They are responsible and respectful of our home. And great communicators! Will always use them if available.
James and Katherine are amazing pet sitters. We have used them multiple times and they are energetic and loving towards our pets. I don't think our dog even misses us when they come to stay. They treat him like he is part of their own family; taking him to dinner at outdoor venues and to fun places like Dog Days at Fairchild Gardens. They care for our home as if it is their own as well and I trust them completely. James sent many pictures and videos as always and they both expertly handle situations from losing power during bad storms to firework anxiety.

Schedule
We live in Rochester and are "all in" with pet care. James works at an elementary school and helps out at home in the evenings. Kate is a full-time student working on her dissertation. We are able to house sit at our clients house and we fit our daily routine with wherever we are at in the city.
