I like to have a meeting with the owner and their pet in the home first so I can become established as a trustworthy person in the pet's eyes. I remain open to meeting the pet where they are and providing continuity to their daily routine just as if the owner was there taking care of the pet.

I am a journalist/writer, so I can work from anywhere as long as I have my laptop. I have a flexible schedule, so I can be present during the day and also am available for overnight stays.
