I work from home (have done so for the past 14 years). I lost my beloved lab Max in January 2024 so whilst I'm not looking to get another pet just now, it would be nice to have some company back from time to time. Drop offs would be before 8am or after 9am, pickups can be anytime to suit generally.

I have a large fenced off garden. Whilst I have 2 young kids, they will be at school during the working week (but they both love dogs!). I have a nearby park for walks and your pooch will be in my separate garden office during the day, chilling out with me.

Let me know if there are any particulars about their feeding or walking that I should know of. Always happy to accommodate everyone's needs. Also happy to have a chat beforehand if you have any concerns. Feel free to bring along anything of theirs that might make their stay more familiar.
A typical day
If you come before 8 your pooch will join me on the school walk, we'll also be able spend some time in the local park either on the way back or later in the day. They can choose to chill out with me in my office or explore our garden, or we can play fetch!

I've had dogs in my house pretty much all my life but only been the primary carer since 2016. Comfortable with both smaller dogs (like Dachshunds) as well as larger breeds (such as Labs).

James has a good set up, near the local park and a nice garden for Lennie to explore. She had a good walk at lunchtime and was very tired and slept all evening. Thank you James.
James was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us out at short notice. Alfie enjoyed his day and looked very content. We highly recommend James.
