Pet care experience
We are a married couple, James and Nat, living in Ton Pentre. We’ve had dogs for many years and love nothing more than spending time with fur babies - ours or other people’s! Our youngest dog was rescued from a shelter and came with a host of behavioural needs - we undertook lots of training with him, to the point that Nat decided to gain a qualification in canine behaviour during lockdown to continue working with him when the trainer had to pause services. Nat also has her veterinary care assistant diploma and both have up to date pet first aid qualifications.

It wasn’t our first time trusting Natalie with our dogs. But once again, she was amazing with our two dogs Bear & Luna. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to dog sit them, we were at a festival for two days - so required someone to come and sit with them, feed and enjoy their company! Natalie sat with the dogs for several hours, and made sure the dogs were at ease. We received lots of pupdates throughout the day, which was reassuring for us to carry on enjoying our weekend out. We highly recommend, and wouldn’t look elsewhere. The dogs love you so much, Natalie! 🐶
Natalie was amazing with our two dogs, Luna and Bear. We were a bit weary at first, due to Bear being a rescue but from the moment that Natalie entered our home to dog sit, it was very clear that they were both in safe hands. Natalie looked after both dogs for the afternoon. We were keen to stick to routines, especially as Luna and Bear are completely different - Natalie was so attentive of each dogs needs, and tailored this to ensure they were comfortable. Especially during feeding time, both dogs were fed and walked as instructed and felt very relaxed. I was kept updated regularly and this kept me reassured. Once we arrived home, the dogs did not want to leave Natalie’s side and it was lovely to see them so settled with a new person. Luna and Bear absolutely adored Natalie, and we will definitely be booking in again! Highly recommend 🐶
James looked after Pup for 3hrs. Pup was fed at our usual time, played with and very well looked after. Pup doesn’t usually settle so easily with strangers but James was so chilled and engaging - Pup was happy so I was happy! Will definitely use James again and highly recommend.
James and Natalie were absolutely brilliant. Really attentive to my dogs needs and kept me updated about everything during the drop in. Would definitely recommend!

We have a fully secure back garden at home and an internal door between the front door and lounge which we keep closed, so no risk of curious paws getting out when the postman calls! We keep routines with feeding, walks and regular breaks. Whether in our home or in yours, your best friend will be well cared for and given plenty of love and fuss. The happiness, safety and security of your four legged friend is our number one priority so please tell us anything you think we need to know. We are happy to follow any instructions and want your dog to be happy with us as much as you do.

We can echo the routines you have in place and will make your loved one feel at home when they’re with us and keep them happy in their own environment when we’re in your home. A typical day
We will take your lead on what your dog needs and enjoys. When the weather is nice the back door is open and the dogs have free rein to come and go as they please and enjoy the sunshine in the enclosed garden. We have snuffle mats and stinky treats (if allowed) for rainy days and lots of indoor fun with tug toys and, of course, plenty of cwtches whatever the weather! Your dogs will be as welcome on our sofa and bed as ours are - so lots of opportunity to rest and relax when they want to. We enjoy a good walk and have several nice options in Ton Pentre - so whether your pooch wants a stimulating, sniffy walk or to really stretch their legs, we are happy to oblige. We only walk dogs on the lead unless in a securely enclosed area - please contact to discuss further if wanted.

Availability
Nat works from home most of the week so has plenty of time to snuggle with four legged friends during the day in the weekends. As long as there’s a reliable WiFi connection, the laptop can come anywhere! James works shifts so has varying availability but between us we have a good amount of availability on any given day. You may get one of us or both of us depending on our availability, but rest assured your dog will get the same great standard of love and care regardless. (If a meet and greet is required, you will meet the person who will be caring for your dog).
