This is the second time we have used James. We feel very comfortable having him take care of our cats. He is calm, professional and very efficient.
James checked in daily and we appreciated that he communicated concern when our cat’s litter box was empty for a day.
SO great!! I am a working mom of three young children and james was incredibly flexible with my last minute ask. He came over for meet and greet between meetings before I had to leave for airport and sent updates every visit while I was gone. He’s such a kind, responsible person, and CLEARLY loves all doggies. His immediate calm nature to my anxious barking rescue dog was as loving as his response to my well behaved GSP. RECOMMEND!
