Nat works from home most of the week so has plenty of time to snuggle with four legged friends during the day in the weekends. As long as there’s a reliable WiFi connection, the laptop can come anywhere! James works shifts so has varying availability but between us we have a good amount of availability on any given day. You may get one of us or both of us depending on our availability, but rest assured your dog will get the same great standard of love and care regardless.

We keep routines with feeding, walks and regular breaks. The happiness, safety and security of your four legged friend is our number one priority so please tell us anything you think we need to know. We are happy to follow any instructions and want your cat/dog to be happy with us as much as you do.

Please let us know if your pet has any sensitivities or special needs in advance. We can echo the routines you have in place and will make your loved one feel settled and happy in their own environment. Please ensure you have accurate emergency contact details and your vet information updated - hopefully we won’t need it! But it’s better safe than sorry. Please feel free to message with any questions or bespoke requests. We look forward to meeting you and your four legged friend soon!

We take your lead on what your fur baby needs, and aim to minimise disruption to their routine as much as possible. We like to look after pets in their own home and will stick to their schedule, giving them plenty of love and attention - just let us know what they like and need! We will care for your pets as though they’re our own - lots of attention, play time, cwtches and love if they like that, or a gentle approach with gradual interaction and space if that’s what they need. Nat’s behavioural and veterinary training comes in super handy when meeting new animals, so she is a great asset if your pet is unsure around new people. We appreciate it can be unnerving having someone in your home when you’re not there - please rest assured that we understand this and will treat your home with the utmost respect.

We are a married couple, James and Nat, living in Ton Pentre. We’ve had dogs for many years and love nothing more than spending time with fur babies - ours or other people’s! Our youngest dog was rescued from a shelter and came with a host of behavioural needs - we undertook lots of training with him, to the point that Nat decided to gain a qualification in canine behaviour during lockdown to continue working with him when the trainer had to pause services. We are both experienced with cat care as well. Nat also has her veterinary care assistant diploma and both have up to date pet first aid qualifications.

Nat is just an absolute gem. She goes above and beyond always and it's great to know that when we leave our cat behind he's happy and well looked after!
Absolutely amazing cat sitter. One of our kitties is very shy and I expected her to stay hidden clearly I was wrong! Nat worked her magic well and both kitties were relaxed and looked forward to her visits. The photos and updated messages kept me from missing my girls. I'm sure they'll be missing you. Thank you for everything!!
Nat & James are fantastic with Bella & Benji!! Third time using them and certainly will not be the last. Always reaasured and kept up to date with how the dogs are via pics/msgs. The house and garden is always left tidy. All rubbish sorted. The dogs absolutely love seeing them and having a good play with them. Definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you both so much for what you do! I'd be lost without you!
Another brilliant pet sitting from Nat! We always receive detailed feedback from each visit from Nat with lots of pictures. Her anecdotes are brilliant and really put my mind at ease that the cats are happy while we're away! Charlie & Nova absolutely love her and it's such a weight off our minds that they're safe and well looked after with someone we trust. Thank you again, would highly recommend Nat to anyone (and already have done so!)
