Always had a closeness to dogs and just being around them. Maybe it was spending a lot of times outdoor and admiring people who had a pet with them. Or my dad’s stories of his time training dogs in military. Now I have my own husky who I love, so I fully understand the need of having a well walked dog.

Jamal has been an incredible part of Mochi’s life for the past three years. Mochi is a sweet but anxious pup, and Jamal’s calm and gentle energy has always made her feel safe and cared for. I travel often, and knowing Jamal is watching over her gives me complete peace of mind. Mochi has a very specific routine and diet, 2x one hour walks a day, food that requires rehydration and heating, and several supplements. It’s a lot to keep track of, but Jamal never misses a beat. His attention to detail, patience, and kindness truly stand out. He treats Mochi with the same care I would, and I couldn’t ask for a better sitter. I wholeheartedly recommend Jamal to anyone looking for someone dependable and genuinely caring.

Schedule
I am fortunate that I work hybrid and can choose when I go in to the office. On top of my company allows dogs in the office, so I bring my dog in whenever. So pet care has been easy to mix in with my work life.

Safety, trust & environment
I live on the bottom floor so we have access straight to the ground level backyard, it is not fenced but no other dogs live in my apartment building, there are other dogs in the whole apartment complex.

A typical day
I prefer outdoor activities, so that can be hikes for nice views or just a walk around the neighborhood. If you have a dog with more energy then fetch is always good. I am not a huge fan of dog parks so that is not on my list of places to go.
