Would use again

Jalisa, Did absolutely great with communicating and hanging out with our pup. Scheduling last minute is hard to find someone you trust but I am so happy we can always count on her. House looked clean and great too!! I hope summer treats you well!!

Jalisa is an absolute sweetheart but the scene I returned home to was unacceptable. My cat's water fountain was bone dry, even though I had texted Jalisa about it specifically. I have no idea how long my cat was without water. There was also a few instances of vomit, something my cat does not normally do. The vomit was old enough to be completely dry. Further, there was very clear evidence that my cat had gotten into some dangerous materials (thin string, foam, museum putty) and had been chewing on said materials. It is not Jalisa's responsibility to cat proof my home, but I do expect to be informed if something like this occurs. I now need to spend the next several days making sure my cat doesn't have some kind of blockage or requires vet care.

Jalisa was an amazing dog sitter for our beloved Arrie. We loved coming home to find Arrie all dressed up and looking like she had a great time. Jalisa communicated with us regularly , and she even took the time to clean up our apartment after herself! This was a great bonus, as it meant that we could come home to a clean and tidy space after our long vacation. Jalisa is a one-of-a-kind dog sitter, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their furry friend. She is professional, reliable, and kind. We can't wait to have her watch Arrie again in the future
