Jalen was available last minute to house sit our cats, which we truly appreciated in a pinch. Our cats seemed well-fed, and we were happy with Jalen's help on that front. Areas for Improvement: * Communication: We would have liked more frequent updates about our cats, including specific information on their day and photos. * Following Instructions: We requested specific feeding times and the sitter's presence during certain hours, and there were instances where these weren't followed. * Home Care: While the house was generally tidy upon our return, there were a few minor cleaning oversights (cat hairball in hallway, cat feces stuck to floor, chip crumbs on the couch, etc.). Overall, Jalen's responsiveness in a last-minute situation when our previous sitter canceled was valuable. With clearer communication and a bit more attention to detail, this could have been an excellent experience.

Jalen was great; we only got around to booking her just before we were taking off and she was very flexible in making the arrangements. Her love of animals is obvious and she is extremely conscientious in her care of them; very pleased!
