I’m currently focusing on dog walking and drop-in visits and have a car. My graduate school schedule gives me flexibility, and I do my best to keep my calendar up to date. I’m also open to boarding an easygoing, well-behaved dog on a case-by-case basis.

My goal is for you to feel confident that your dog is happy and well cared for. I’ll always keep dogs leashed on walks unless you’ve given other instructions. I’ll also carefully follow your care routine and send as many photo and text updates as you’d like.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors to attend to. I would like to develop my dog training abilities and will adopt a dog myself later this winter. I am happy to work with a puppy.
A typical day
I like to give dogs lots of pets and words of affirmation & warmth. I usually learn from what they seem stimulated by whether it is fetch, running around, or showing off their tricks. I gently avoid activities such as tug of war.

I’m friendly, reliable, and love spending time with dogs. I’ve cared for family and friends’ pets over the years, including my family’s Goldendoodle, two dogs for a months long house stay, and several other dogs, cats, and even a gecko. As a graduate student in clinical psychology, I bring patience, kindness, and communication to every visit.
