Availability
I work full time at a physical therapy clinic close to where I live, four days a week. My availability on most evenings and weekends, however, is pretty flexible! I am willing to make any last minute appointments work seeing as I have reliable transportation. Open to late evening walks and feeding during the week and early morning walks and feedings most days.

If the pet is more older or doesn’t play well with other dogs and such I would like to know. Also, I want to know your policy on other people approaching and petting the pet. If your pet needs medicine or something before or after. Lastly, I would like an advanced notice (minimum 24 hours) if I am house sitting and a list of regular duties, such as, bath times, meal times and amounts, and/or grooming needs. If there is more than one pet needing attention, preferred methods of walking them at once would help a lot as well!
A typical day
Well, I would start along the neighborhoods just so they can get all of their potty needs out of the way. Then, we’d make our way to the park or maybe a light trail head with lots of places for the pup to sniff out. I like to bring treats when they perform well or just as a way of saying thanks! A ball or chew toy would be packed and water as well in case they get worn out. If you like your kitty going outside, I will follow any instructions or routines you may have.

As a a pet lover, I have had multiple experiences handling and caring for cats and dogs! I grew up around dogs, have walked two energetic pups, simultaneously, and house sat an older cat, dog, and puppy. I would love to get to know your wonderful animal next :p

Our out of town plans are always flexible and Jalai has been so accommodating to our ever changing schedule. She’s responsible and fast to respond. Creatures are well cared for and house too.
Two weeks so far with Jalai and our Remi has been enjoying her walks and time with her. She gives us detailed walk reports and we love the pictures she sends us of our girl. Highly recommend Jalai, as we will continue to go to her :)

Jalai would be a great pet sitter because she helped me a lot with my dog when we’re kids. I had to put my dog down and luckily I had her in my corner for emotional support. I know he meant as much to me as he did to her.
