Hello and welcome! I have been taking care of canine companions for many years, and I truly love what I do. Making dogs happy, comfortable, and well cared for is something I take great pride in. Over the years, I’ve looked after many different breeds, each with their own personalities, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. I can also help with puppy training, including recall and leash training, helping young dogs build good habits while they grow and learn. Alongside dogs, I’ve cared for many other animals too—from bats and ducks to wild rabbits, and even a squirrel named Rick! Animals have always been a big part of my life, and looking after them is truly a passion of mine. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and wellbeing always come first, and I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own.

My german shepherd/Cross Husky loved staying with Jake seemed to have a great time with him and was very well looked after. Very happy doggo thanks!
Our little girl Fiadh absolutely loved her stay with Jake and his partner! She enjoyed lovely walks and play time in the river. We will definitely use Jake again when we are next up that way. Jake and his family are proper dog lovers. Was like he couldn't wait to meet Fiadh and formed a bond before we picked her up. 10/10
Jake looked after my alsation Max whilst I was on holiday for 2 weeks. He did an excellent job he was super professional and very caring for Max. I would highly recommend him
Jake has looked after my dog throughout the years and I never had any concerns. He is passionate about all animals and loves being involved with taking care of them. He will always make sure he has their best interests and will provide a loving caring environment, I couldn't recommend more.

Schedule
I'm currently working part time and free every weekend which allows me to have plenty of time for dog walking play time and cuddle time.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
We have a one-and-a-half acre garden with a small woodland area and a stream, giving dogs plenty of space to explore, play, and enjoy new smells. They will be welcomed into our family home and treated as if they were our own pets.
