I’ll send daily updates so that you know they are having a good time. I am easy to reach and I respond quickly so that you don’t have to worry about anything!

A brief summary of your pets routine and potty habits will help me keep things familiar. If your pets have any activity restrictions or safety concerns, please let me know so I can keep them safe. It also helps to know some of your pets favorite foods and activities so I can keep them engaged while you’re away!
A typical day
During a house sitting, I like to take dogs on early morning walks while the weather is cool. If the weather is hot or your dogs don’t do well on a leash, we can play games inside or in the backyard. If your pets prefer less activity, I will keep them company wherever they like to hangout throughout the day. I make sure pets get frequent supervised potty breaks in order to prevent accidents inside the home. I will check in through Rover 1-2 times a day and take plenty of pictures to share while you are away! For walks, I like to follow dogs usual routes throughout their neighborhood in order to help them calmly burn off energy. For their safety, I keep a safe distance from all other people and pets while on walks to prevent any unexpected reactions. During a drop in I will start by greeting each of your pets before feeding them and providing any medications. Next I will check their area for accidents and take them outside or refresh potty pads if necessary. I like to finish my drop ins by playing with your pets and their favorite toys or sitting with them in their favorite spot.

My specialties are anxious dogs, toy breeds, puppies and seniors but I love all dogs. I will treat your pets as if they were my own and give them lots of love and attention while in my care. I promise they will have a great time and I will take plenty of pictures to send you. I would love to meet you and your pets before booking to make sure I’m a great fit. Jake has cared for our elderly dog numerous times when we are out of the country and he is just the best. He provides loving care, makes sure she has all her medications and takes her on all the walks she wants. He keeps us updated at least once a day, with wonderful photos and details of their day. Jake also takes great care of our home. To have someone who is so reliable and kind to care for our girl when we are halfway around the world is a blessing.
