Dog-loving Cornwall family home
Myself and my wife have always been around dogs since we were children. As adults, we both had dogs before we met (myself a duck-toller retriever who's 5 years old that I've had since an 8 week old puppy and my wife who adopted 2 ex-racer greyhounds 7 years ago). Sadly recently one of our greyhounds passed away recently having led a lovely life due to old age and we now feel ready and excited to welcome other dogs into our home as guests.

Jake and his family were amazing. They were on time, friendly and sent photos so we know our Frenchie Billy had a great day. Jake was available last minute after we had a cancellation and he really made the whole process very easy. We will be booking him again.
Kelly, our greyhound, had a wonderful time with Jake and his family. Was grateful I placed her with such a lovely family - thank you guys for looking after Kelly so well. Would 100% use Jake again and would highly recommend. They sent me plenty of pics of Kelly’s exploits which meant I could enjoy my holiday without the worry. So much better than leaving her in kennels.
Jake was excellent! Great communication when checking in on Caesar whilst we were away and letting us know how he was. Will definitely be using again in the future and recommending to others.
Jake has always been amazing with our dogs - greyhounds and a German Shepherd X. He's always found the best way to connect with them individually, whether that's gentle fusses on the sofa with our old girl, or crazy rough and tumble games with our puppy. Jake has a lot of experience with dogs, both training and loving them, and we have always felt confident asking for his help with our pups!

Schedule
I currently work from home, mostly in the evenings and so have lots of time to look after dogs in the house, my wife (Billie) works in the daytime. We would both be looking after your dog.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in back garden, both a paved area and a grass area separately. Our retriever is crate trained and the crate can be used for other dogs if needed.

A typical day
I love to take the dogs out for a walk round the local area which is public footpaths through fields and farmland, or take the dogs to the beach for a stroll.
