Love meeting new doggos!
I've had a dog in my life for the past 17 years and have loved every second of it. Dogs truly are god's gift to man, and I try to do everything in my power to allow them to have the most engaging and enjoyable experiences possible. For the past year and a half, my family has been fostering dogs until they are adopted. Because of this, I have experience watching over and entertaining all kinds of different breeds of dogs with different attitudes and levels of energy, usually multiple dogs at once. With the services I offer (house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking) I will make sure each dog gets individual attention, proper care, and of course loads of affection. I enjoy playing with dogs, cuddling with dogs, wrestling with dogs, playing fetch with dogs, taking them to dog parks, and anything else they could possibly desire. When taking care of your dog, you can be confident that your dog will be in a loving and fun-filled environment.

I'm only able to offer pet car in the client's home at this time. However, I strive to ensure pets are as comfortable at home with me as they are with their owners, and try to re-create the home schedule that they are used to with their owner, including meal times, walks and bathroom break, and cuddle and play time. I make sure to keep owners in the loop with pictures/videos and 1-2 updates per day. Additionally, I strive to leave the home as clean and tidy as when I arrived, so the owner wouldn't even know I was there.

Jake was an exceptional house and pet sitter. From the start, he asked thoughtful questions that made it clear he wanted to understand our pets' routines and needs. Throughout our trip, he was communicative, reliable, and proactive, sending frequent updates and plenty of photos that gave us real peace of mind. While we were away, we even had a dead fire alarm battery issue, and Jake handled it with ease, keeping us informed and taking care of the situation without any stress on our end. We came home to happy pets, a well-cared-for house, and the confidence that everything had been in great hands. Jake was a wonderful guest, and we would gladly welcome him back anytime. Highly recommend!

I recently booked Jake for a last minute trip out of town, and he was fantastic with my two dogs. He quickly scheduled a meet and greet, and the dogs took to him immediately. One of my pups can get fairly rowdy, and Jake handled him very well. He sent consistent updates while I was gone, and the dogs were happy and tired when I got back. He was also very considerate while staying at my house- I could barely tell he had been there. I am usually nervous when leaving the dogs with a sitter, but I didn’t worry at all over my weekend away. I would absolutely re-book with Jake and definitely recommend him!

Schedule
I am currently working full time as a graduate student so my schedule is skewed toward weekend booking starting Friday afternoon/evening through Sunday evening. That being said, I am able to make exceptions depending on the specific situation, so please feel free to reach out if you are at all interested!
