I Will Love Your Pet Like My Own! ❤
I thought I was just a dog person until I met the love of my life: my perfect kitty, Flan! Now I’m a dog AND a cat person, but above all, I‘m a person who adores caring for all animals and making sure every pet has the best and safest life possible where they are loved beyond measure. As a deeply anxious pet owner, there is no such thing as an odd request. Seriously, if you need me to check that your burners are off in addition to giving your kitty meds, I’m down for that! I have experience with overnight visits with a rambunctious dachshund puppy named miss pickles (as cute and wriggly as she sounds), a stubborn corgi named Bella, a precious pair of shy cat brothers who went from suspicious of me to being my absolute besties and so many more. I want to make sure you AND your pet are feeling great. I know what it's like to leave your doggy or kitty for a long period of time, and it's one of the hardest things on earth 😭. I provide the utmost care and attention to every animal, and have experience administering medication from insulin injections on a senior diabetic cat to gabapentin for many anxious doggies & kitties (including my own!). I will *probably* send you more photos than you know what to do with (if that's what you're into)!

I am extremely diligent about pet safety, and have a great deal of experience with this with my own cat (we cat-proofed our apartment completely, and every day we improve our system 😂 ). I can't help but fall in love with every animal I meet, and I will follow your instructions for care, walking, and grooming to a T. Lay it all on me, I'll follow your weirdest requests, because nothing is more important to me than your pet's safety!

My baby loved Jake-- he was so attendant to her the whole time and took fabulous photos! He also left my apartment in beautiful condition. I will definitely ask him to watch her anytime. My kitten has a new best friend!
My partner and I are so glad we’ve found Jake to help take care of our dog when we’ve been out of town for a couple weekends! We love the frequent updates and feel completely at ease knowing Maple is in great hands.
Always takes care of my girl! She’s nervous around strangers but Jake always knows how to work with her. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a sitter!
Jake was amazing! My cat has specific nutritional needs and requires daily insulin injections, and everything was handled perfectly. Feedings and injections were always done on time, with great care and attention. Communication was excellent — I always received clear updates and felt completely at ease while I was away. It’s hard to find someone this dependable and professional. I’d absolutely book with Jake again and highly recommend their services!
Jake took great care of our two labradors as well as keeping our house neat and tidy. Jake was also very thorough about everything, ensuring he wasn’t missing any details. Great pictures and communication- we would hire him again for sure. Dogs and house were very happy when we got home!
Jake did a phenomenal job with Larry and kept me updated every day!! Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter

Schedule
I am a children’s book author and find caring for pets a great way to fill my creative well! I have a flexible daily schedule, and I have plenty of time to look after your cat(s) and/or dog(s)! Plus, who knows—maybe your pet will make it into one of my novels!
