𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐔𝐒: We are animal lovers through and through, with years of exposure to and experience with raising and caring for animals of all kinds, in every stage of life, from birth until passing. 𝐉𝐀𝐊𝐄: I have lived with dogs, cats, and rabbits since I was born and have spent the majority of my upbringing caring for an eclectic spread of farmyard animals including horses, goats, chickens, tortoises, and more. I have birthed goats, bottle fed kittens and piglets, and pulled a chicken bone from more than one puppy's throat. I can confidently administer a wide array of medicines that your pet may need, including eye and ear drops, oral syringes, and topical ointments, and can ensure that all of their pills get down. I also do all of our own dogs' bathing and grooming! 𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐘: I have also spent the majority of my life with many different animals including hermit crabs, birds, hamsters, bunnies, lizards, snakes, and many cats and dogs! I have a background in rescue work as a Foster Coordinator for a large rescue organization back where I'm from, New York. It has always been my passion to protect and care for animals, and you can rest assured your pets will be safe and loved here with us. I am available 24/7 for your pet care needs, and very rarely leave the house even for a few minutes while my pet guests are here! If for any reason we do need to go for a drive, we have a big car with no back seats, but instead a giant dog bed, set up for trips around town and transport as needed. Our home and lives are perfectly set up to accommodate your furry friends, and we can't wait to host you!

I can’t recommend Jake and Haley enough. They are the most loving, responsible, caring, chill and communicative sitters I could’ve ever hoped for. Mine is a Doberman very reactive/weary towards strangers and Jake and Haley were so open, patient and understanding making the introduction really smooth for us and taking any stress away from me during my time away. Though my Brego is the biggest love bug, he is a large, active, reactive and needy pup so it’s not easy finding trustworthy places/people to look after him. Jake and Haley were a blessing (along with their own pup Champ who became my Brego’s new best friend). If you’re considering a sitter for your angel, don’t look anywhere else!
Haley was able to take Chico in super last minute and made him feel so at home! I got lots of photos, videos, and updates!! He came back super happy and ready to sleep 😴 Chico will definitely be returning!
Haley and Jake were so phenomenal yet again. so many photos and nice messages, and our dog marlo seems to have the best time. Can’t wait to use them again.
Jake and Haley were amazing hosts to our dog, Stein! Their space is a dog paradise and their two doggies are the perfect companions. Stein loved getting all the human attention he needed and playing with his new dog friends. They sent us so many pictures and videos and kept us updated while we were on vacation and missing our cutie. Went totally above and beyond and would highly recommend them to anyone. Stein will be seeing them many many times in the future and he can’t wait! Thank you for taking such good care of our good boy!

Schedule
𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄: Haley is available full time for pet sitting services while Jake joins in on the weekends after working in office during the week! We're typically an early-to-rise, early-to-sleep household, but we can always be flexible with pick-ups and drop-off as needed, as well as any extensions that may come up. And, of course, there will always be time for pictures and updates throughout the day! While we will absolutely ensure that all guests get the most outdoor playtime and indoor attention possible at all times, depending on the volume of guests in the home and the timing of the given day, walks are not guaranteed unless otherwise directly arranged.

Safety, trust & environment
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄: Most of our time will likely be spent at home, but with plenty of access to the fresh air and sunshine of the fenced backyard. The yard is on a small hillside, with plenty of climbing space for an adventurous pup to explore, as well as ample flat land just outside the door for our more indoor-oriented guests to pop out for a quick 'business' trip. Dogs will always be accompanied and supervised while outdoors. 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: Guests will have full run of the home during the day, and, unless otherwise directed, nights will most likely be spent with everyone, human and animal, together in the master bedroom, wolfpack-style. We are totally fine with animals on furniture but if you prefer they not pick up that habit, please let us know and we will accommodate! There are of course plenty of dog bed options here, but crates or any other specific training requests that you may have are of course welcome as well. *𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘀: Arrangements can be made to sequester them to the back half of the house, and their own designated room, with minimal disturbance, if needed. 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄: Our two pups eat twice daily and have two separate diets that includes supplements, oils and medications. All of this to say: "We are very comfortable with feeding schedules, dietary restrictions, and medication requirements." Just let us know what your pal needs, we'll make sure they get it! **Teeth-brushing for trained/acclimated pets can be arranged as well. 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘: There is a flight of stairs from the driveway to the entrance of the home so, if your pup is in their senior years and/or deals with a mobility impairment and requires assistance entering the house, so long as they are of good health and temperament (and ideally below 90lbs), and with your permission, I would be happy to assist in carrying them up and returning them down. The house itself is all one story. 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥, 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞, 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬! 📸

A typical day
DAY-TO-DAY: Dogs in our care will enjoy lots of playtime both in and outdoors. Their time here will include lots of open access to the deck and fenced backyard, with tons of opportunity to lounge! Champ loves to romp around with our guests while Max prefers to sit back and watch the chaos ensue. There are plenty of toys and chews available for independent play, bed and furniture options galore for mid-day naps, open windows for fresh air, and soothing classical music just right for our more anxious canine guests. When outside there is plenty of room for running, exploring, and all kinds of fun, new, and exciting places to “make their marks” throughout the day. Plenty of sun for dogs that like a nice sunbathed nap, and lots of shade for those who prefer to keep cool. There will always be fresh water, changed several times throughout the day, available in multiple locations in the house, for all guests and residents to enjoy. FELINE FRIENDS: If preferred, cats can be privately sequestered to the guest room where they will enjoy window views of the backyard and plenty of direct afternoon sunlight while they lounge on the sill.
