Adult guests must be housebroken, non-destructive, spayed/neutered, non-aggressive, and be comfortable with up to 4 other dogs sharing their space.† If you or your pet have any needs, allergies, or preferences that I should know about, please do not hesitate to reach out and any point during their stay. I am always available by text or phone call, should your furry friend require anything you may have forgotten. We can provide food and water bowls, and our boys have plenty of toys and treats that they are more than happy to share! Sometimes being in a new environment, with new people and animals, can be intimidating or stressful for some dogs and cats, so if your pet has any favorite toys or comfort items, calming supplements, a special bed that they like to use, or anything you can think of that might make them feel more at home, please feel free to bring those along. We will always do our very best to keep any personal effects that you provide clean and in good condition for the duration of your pet’s stay! **Please be sure to provide your pet with their food, collar, leash, harness (as needed), and any necessary medications or supplements for their stay.** We are flexible and eager to make this experience as positive for you as we know we will make it for your furry pal, so please let us know how we can set any concerns or anxieties at ease throughout their stay, and we will certainly do the same! † ‼️ Due to the nature of this business, and of Rover’s booking process, at any point in time, even after booking and paying for your pet’s stay, YOUR PET MAY END UP SHARING THE HOME with up to 4 other canine clients (in addition to our own dogs) and up to 4 cats. Pending the completion of a successful ‘Meet & Greet’ with our dogs, Max and Champ, we do accept all dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds, any of whom could become your pet’s temporary housemate. ‼️ If you would prefer that your pet does NOT share the listing and would like to ensure that they can be the sole guest for any reason, please let us know BEFORE confirming your stay so we can discuss the necessary details to make those arrangements. ‼️ We will not be responsible for any payments forfeit from cancellations made due to misunderstandings or second thoughts regarding this matter.

DAY-TO-DAY: Dogs in our care will enjoy lots of playtime both in and outdoors. Their time here will include lots of open access to the deck and fenced backyard, with tons of opportunity to lounge! Champ loves to romp around with our guests while Max prefers to sit back and watch the chaos ensue. There are plenty of toys and chews available for independent play, bed and furniture options galore for mid-day naps, open windows for fresh air, and soothing classical music just right for our more anxious canine guests. When outside there is plenty of room for running, exploring, and all kinds of fun, new, and exciting places to “make their marks” throughout the day. Plenty of sun for dogs that like a nice sunbathed nap, and lots of shade for those who prefer to keep cool. There will always be fresh water, changed several times throughout the day, available in multiple locations in the house, for all guests and residents to enjoy. FELINE FRIENDS: If preferred, cats can be privately sequestered to the guest room where they will enjoy window views of the backyard and plenty of direct afternoon sunlight while they lounge on the sill.
