About Jaine Animals have always been a very important part of my life. I grew up surrounded by dogs and have cared for them for many years. My three beloved dogs — Ted (a Pug), Amora (a Black Labrador), and Iron (an American Bully) — live with my parents in Brazil while I am living in Ireland. Being away from them has only made me appreciate even more how much our pets are truly part of the family. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs with different personalities, ages, sizes, and energy levels. I understand that every dog has its own routine and unique needs. Whether your dog is playful, shy, energetic, or prefers a quieter environment, I will always care for them with patience, kindness, and respect. My goal is to make both you and your dog feel comfortable and confident while you’re apart. I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, loved, and well looked after at all times. As a professional photographer, I also love capturing natural moments. During your dog’s stay, I’ll be happy to send you regular photo and video updates, so you can see how they’re doing and keep some beautiful memories too. I look forward to meeting you and your dog!

Jaine was amazing with our dog Ella, who can be quite difficult to mind as she is a very anxious/nervous dog with people she doesn’t know. Jaine has so much patience and kindness. Can definitely recommend!
Bucky had a genuinely great time with Jaine and I was happy to receive frequent updates. I will for sure leave Bucky in the hands of Jaine the next time I‘m out of town!
Jaine stepped in at short notice to look after Cosmo, after we were let down by the sitter we were using. He took to her immediately and she took great care of him.!! Excellent care and minding by someone who cleatly knows and loves dogs.

Jaine is so sweet. My dog Freya can be quite anxious but Jaine made her as comfy as possible and even sent lots of update photos. My request was very spontaneous so I am very thankful she agreed to watch Freya. I fully recommend Jaine.
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cant begin to put into words how great Jaine is with dogs. My dog would be on the more difficult side with separation anxiety, medications, behavioural issues with other dogs and she’s a big dog too. I was very open about my dog and her needs and I am always nervous with her going to minders cause she can fret and be anxious. Jaine had such patience with my dog and was really calm and I think my dog picked up off that and was calm too. I got photos and messages throughout my stay and my dog never looked happier. my dog who hates cats even befriended her cat Jaine introduced them gradually and they got comfortable this was remarkable. I cannot recommend and thank Jaine enough. 🩷

Schedule
I’m a photographer, and I also work from home editing photos, so I’m home almost all the time. I usually only leave the house to go to the gym and, a few times a week, to do some grocery shopping. Other than that, I’m literally at home all day, so the dogs always have company and supervision.

I have an extra skill as a photographer and I love photographing pets. So, in addition to taking care of your pet with all the love and affection, I can take beautiful photos of your friend! But nothing your dog/cat wouldn’t want — I value candid photos that showcase the true personality and joy of pets. I believe that capturing these authentic moments creates lasting memories for their owners. Plus, I always maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the animals, ensuring that they feel happy and at ease during our sessions.
A typical day
I really enjoy taking them for long walks in the morning, when the city is quieter. We usually go to larger parks where they have more space to explore, sniff around, and enjoy their walk. I find that this helps them burn off energy in a calm and enjoyable way before we head back home. I give the dogs plenty of attention throughout the day, keeping them engaged with toys, enrichment activities, and lots of interaction. If they have their own favorite toys at home, I always encourage their owners to bring them along so they can feel as comfortable and at home as possible. We also spend time playing both indoors and in the outdoor area, enjoying games like running, playing fetch, and tug-of-war, depending on each dog’s personality and preferences.
