I’ve had the privilege of pet sitting for friends during vacations, pregnancies, and even chemo appointments. Over time, their dogs have developed a special trust in me, giving their owners peace of mind whenever they’re away. I love keeping families connected, so I always send photos and updates to show how their pets are doing. I truly enjoy walking dogs —it’s one of my favorite parts of pet care. If your pup needs exercise, I’m more than happy to help make sure they’re happily tired and content by the time you get home. These days, I walk my neighbor’s dog, Chloe, every morning. They’re an older couple, so I do it simply to help out, and Chloe now waits for me by the door each day. It’s one of the sweetest parts of my routine.

House stays: When I stay in the clients home, I try to keep to the schedule that is already known to minimize stress to the pet. Dog daycare: At my own home, I have a fenced in area where the dogs can run and play. There are neighborhood dogs that can come and play if your pet enjoys socializing.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jamie! This was the first time our dog stayed with her at our home, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She took the time to really understand our dog’s personality, routines, and needs before the stay, which made us feel completely at ease. During the visit, she gave our dog such personal attention and care — it was clear he was comfortable, happy, and well looked after. She also went the extra mile by cleaning up afterward and leaving everything spotless, which we so appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is both so caring and so professional. We’re incredibly grateful for the love and attention she gave our pup and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend! 🐾
Jaimie was the best. She house sat for my dog for 5 days. Dog loved her (think she might have been disappointed to see that it was me coming home rather than Jaimie). Very responsive, took dog on long walks, sent lots of pics, left house cleaner than when she came (no small feat given that I had professional cleaners come a few days earlier. Terrific to deal with in every way.
Jaimie was great with our dog (50 lb lab mix)! Jaimie made time to meet us beforehand to get acquainted with our dog and sent updates and pictures while we were away. Would highly recommend, thanks Jaimie!

Jaimie has walked and cared for our dog for 5 years. She loves and cares for our dog like it is her own. Or dog is cautious and nervous around other dogs and people. With Jaimie’s kind nature, she is able to keep our dog calm, healthy and safe in these new situations. She is active and willing to walk and explore trails as well as neighborhoods. We always know that whenever Jaimie takes our dog for a walk, she will come back home happy and tired for the rest of the day. We could not pick a better person to care for our dog.

Planning
Availability: I am actively at work three days a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from the hours of approximately 11-4 pm. The rest of the week I work from home. Walking Services: I am an avid hiker and runner. I typically use my days off to hike and I would be delighted to integrate your dog into my routine if you live near trails.
