Safety, trust & environment
For all visits I always check food/water, any visible messes to clean and bring in mail or packages. After walks I will clean paws and any other directions or medications given. For drop in visits I will clean litter boxes, dispose of waste, with most time dedicated to play. At the end of all visits I update the client with a short note and photos of their pets.
Information Jaime R. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for any pet, I always like to know a few important details to ensure their safety and comfort: Daily routine: Feeding schedule, walking times, preferred activities, and any house rules. Health information: Medications, allergies, mobility issues, or anything I should monitor. Behavior notes: How they react to strangers, other pets, loud noises, or new environments. Social preferences: Whether they enjoy lots of play or prefer a quieter approach. Emergency info: Your vet contact, preferred emergency clinic, and any specific instructions. Having this information ahead of time helps me provide the best and most consistent care for your pets.
A typical day
When caring for pets, I like to tailor activities to their personality, age, and energy level. For dogs, this often includes walks, playtime in the yard, enrichment games, and plenty of cuddle time. For cats, I focus on interactive play—like feather wands or laser toys—along with calm companionship and routine care. My goal is always to keep pets happy, comfortable, and engaged while maintaining the routines they’re used to.

Reviews

We love our dog sitter Jaime! She’s caring, affectionate, and always on time. Our three dogs absolutely adore her and get so excited to see her. Our cat who usually hides also comes out to say hi 🐾Highly recommend!

Super friends, great communication, and was easy to work with.

Jaime completed the dog walk with Rico as scheduled. She topped off his water as well. Rico and Jaime bonded well during their first meeting. I am very pleased with the service Jaime provided.

Jaime is so kind with my pups. They both love her so much! Sue’s always on time and great to communicate with!
