My name is Jaime & my family & I are excited to offer our services to you & your dogs! In our home there are 2 adults, & 2 children (8 and 12) and we are all animal lovers and will quickly make your babies feel right at home!! We live fairly close to Lieta Thompson & with your permission would take your dogs for walks or to the park there (weather permitting). Thank you for considering us as your pet sitter. In our home your pet will be one of the family. We are here to make sure you don't worry about your pets while you're on vacation, at a wedding, out of town shopping or in the hospital because your pet will be in great hands. HOUSE RULES - - - 1) Your dog MUST get along with children, as they will be treated like part of the family. This is for their safety & our babies. 2) If you can not make the time for a meet and greet - please do not contact us. We actually prefer to have meet and greets at our home, so you can see where your baby will be staying and get a feel for just how much they'll be loved and treated like family. 3) We will take a puppy (for an addition cost) but only on the weekend when someone is here full time to truly watch the angel (puppies tend to chew things) and we can assist in the training. 3) No crate or crate. Walks or no walks - (doesn't matter) we will follow your schedule so your dog doesn't feel uncomfortable. 4) We can be flexible when it comes to your dog's pick up and drop off times, however, we are much like a hotel - Check in after 4PM and check out by 11AM. We may have to charge an additional amount if we are caring for your dog for an extended period of time after, especially if we have another scheduled pet guest following your stay. We do not like to put dog strangers together. We want to give every dog the same attention. If you need a late pickup we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Many people ask why we love dog sitting. I've had a dog most of my life. We started watching dogs several years ago soon after our own pup passed away. While we were not yet ready to take on another dog of our own, our house was sad without a dog. Their unconditional love is so rewarding. The welcome parade you get when you walk back in the house is worth its weight in gold. Enter Rover! Our house was filled almost every weekend! However in 2020 amidst the pandemic, the visits stopped and we adopted a puppy for our own again. Our dog Grace has never met a dog or person she didn’t like. In 2024, my daughter adopted our now cat, Mittens. The two had a bond and she also gets along well with dogs who will entertain playing with her. We have an unfenced back and front yard to play with your pups. If your dog has special needs and needs medication, it is not a problem here - we have experience administering medication also.
