I’m a CPA but I’ve also been caring for dogs for over 12 years, ever since I was in elementary school. From helping with family pets to caring for friends’ pups, being around dogs has always felt natural to me – like second nature. I am a former dog mom to a high-energy pup of my own, I understand just how important it is to know your dog is in safe, caring hands.

My dog Kuro always comes home a happy dog when he comes home from Jahmai's place. He gets a ton of exercise, Jahmai is a great communicator.
Jahmai has looked after our 60lb dog twice so far and both occasions have been a pleasure. Jahmai is responsible, attentive, and sends continual updates and pics. We know we are leaving our dog in good hands when left with Jahmai. We will definitely be requesting her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.

Jahmai took such great care of my dog Rachel when I had a last minute trip to go on. In addition to walks she also took Rachel to the dog park which she loved. I wholeheartedly recommend Jahmai as a sitter and would use her again!

Schedule
I work in Encino CA, so I am available for early morning and evening walks during the week, anytime walks on the weekends, and boarding (Friday - Monday), I also do check-ins as schedules permit.

My approach is always the same: make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and completely at home whether my home or yours. I live alone in a luxury studio apartment in Los Angeles next to a quiet, walkable residential neighborhood, just 13 mins from Runyon Canyon where your dog will have space to relax, play and be my four legged bestie during time together 🩷. I offer boarding, walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting – all with lots of love, structure, and attention. Your pup will enjoy daily exercise, personalized care, and cozy snuggles. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel connected and reassured every step of the way. For extra peace of mind, I live just 4mins away from Modern Animal pet hospital, so in the unlikely case of an emergency support is there.

A typical day
We have outside play at least 1 hour in the morning and afternoon, and do evening walks post-dinner. On Sundays we take a trip to either Culver City stairs or Runyon Canyon for extended walks and time in nature.
