Really happy with my service! The dogs were good and they looked like they enjoyed the time with Jaheil. I picked them up and even they were happy to see me they would back to him that way he could pet them! Really happy to see my fur babies happy

I was nervous about my husky (zuko) first time boarding but Jaheil was welcoming , very understanding and aware of any special requests. He right away made zuko feel comfortable with Jaheil and followed his instructions for training which I was amazed cause zuko is very stubborn. Jaheil even send me videos of him in training and made me feel eased that he’s in good hands while I’m away. When it came to pick up I was shocked that I had a whole brand new dog and I loved it.

I am so thankful I found Jaheil. I decided to do a meet and greet with him and right away, I could tell Jaheil was experienced with handling dogs because he was so knowledgable. Prior to the meet and greet, I sent Jaheil a specific list of the commands I use because I need my dog Ranger to be handled in a specific way. I could tell that Jaheil took the time to go over my list because he remembered all the little details; one of the many examples to show how trustworthy and dedicated Jaheil is. Jaheil was so receptive to my feedback as I watched him work with Ranger and really made me feel empowered to request anything I wanted for when Ranger would stay with him. He never made me feel like a burden with asking for specific care which I really appreciated because you don’t usually get that at your typical boarding facility. It meant a lot to do the meet and greet with Jaheil because I felt like he genuinely cared about getting to know me and Ranger and he wanted to make me feel confident about Ranger staying with him. While Ranger stayed with Jaheil, he was so organized and communicative. He even went as far as making vlog videos of their days together and it was just so fun to receive those videos while I was away! I told Jaheil that Ranger's favorite thing to do is go hiking and Jaheil took Ranger and his pup to do just that! They went on a long, fun hike and Ranger looked like he was having the time of his life! Ranger was having a little too much fun and got extremely muddy, so Jaheil took the time to give Ranger a bath. Ranger is hesitate about the bath and Jaheil saw that as an opportunity to do a training session and get Ranger comfortable with being in the water. At the end of the video, I could see how comfortable Ranger felt and that is something I have been trying to do for a long time! And not only did Jaheil give Ranger a long bath, but he also brushed Ranger which is a very time ensuing task since he is a husky with a lot of fur. When I picked up Ranger, he looked like he went to a professional groomers, something I would pay hundreds of dollars to get done! I also wanted to point out that I was running late to pick up Ranger and Jaheil was so understanding about it! When I got there, Jaheil spent a long time talking with me about their time together, the training he did with Ranger and the things I can continue to work on at home. Jaheil didn't rush our conversation which I really appreciate because when I board Ranger at a traditional daycare facility, I usually can’t even get 5 minutes to talk to the staff about how Ranger did. I could go on and on about how wonderful Jaheil is. There are endless examples to provide, but I think that the biggest quality about Jaheil that sets him apart from others is the fact that he treats your dog like his own and he made Ranger feel like he was apart of their family! I will definitely be using Jaheil again in the future and it is already the biggest relief knowing that I won’t have to worry about Ranger! Thank you for everything Jaheil!!!

Jaheil is wonderful! He has been helping us a lot with training our puppy. He sends us pictures and videos of his day and make us feel so good knowing our pup is happy. Easy to work with and polite! Will be using him in the future.

Jaheil was an amazing sitter! I immediately felt comfortable with him during our meet and greet, he was amazing with our dog. It is apparent he has a love for animals and his own pup was perfectly behaved. He watched Harry all day without a problem. He provided updates and lots of pictures and videos. He is organized and a great communicator. I highly recommend him!
