I treat every pet as an individual and adjust my care to their personality, routine, age, and needs. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, enrichment, and plenty of attention. I’m especially comfortable working with dogs who may be nervous, reactive, anxious, senior, or have special needs, and I always prioritize safety and communication. I’ll follow your instructions closely, provide regular updates and photos, and make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I also respect your home by keeping things clean, organized, and just as I found them.

A typical day
I love taking dogs on long walks and exploring new places for them to sniff, play, and enjoy! I also keep a bin full of dog toys for pups who would rather stay in and have some playtime. I’m happy to tailor activities to each dog’s personality and energy level so they can have a fun, enriching day!

I have owned dogs my entire life. I started working professionally with dogs at a boarding and training facility when I was 15. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and personalities, including puppies, seniors, fearful, reactive, anxious, aggressive, and special-needs dogs. I’m comfortable giving medications, providing exercise and enrichment, monitoring health and behavior, and keeping dogs safe and comfortable. I’ve also helped with professional dog training by reinforcing good behaviors and following trainer directed behavior plans. I’m heavily involved in my boyfriend’s work as a professional dog behaviorist, where I regularly help with sensitive, reactive, aggressive, and special-needs dogs. I also have two dogs of my own; a Husky and a Chocolate Lab. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident when leaving your pets with someone else. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while in my care.

I’ve seen firsthand how knowledgeable, attentive, and dependable Jadyn is with dogs. She has been around dogs her entire life and has spent the past several years gaining hands-on experience through private pet care, assisting with behavior cases, and working at a boarding facility where she helped care for more than 50 dogs at a time. Her patients with senior, sensitive, and fearful dogs, including those who need extra time to feel comfortable around new people make her a great choice for owners who want more involvment in their walk/visit. For all of these reasons and more, I would trust her with my own dogs and any of my clients’ dogs, including those I work with on behavior-change cases.
Jadyn is absolutely phenomenal with dogs! You can tell just by her interaction with dogs that she truly loves being with them and that she takes the time to understand each individual personality of the dogs in order to figure out what they enjoy the most as far as play and walking, and to figure out the best ways to care for them. Witnessing how well she has raised and train her own dogs is a true testament to her skills and abilities caring for dogs. Having worked in dog care facilities gives her extensive background knowledge as well. Jadyn will always be my first choice in caring for my pets!
