My dogs prefer to receive pets on their bodies. The older one, Rorie, is going blind, and so I like to greet him while gently touching his body to let him know that I am with him. Both dogs are very sweet.
A typical day
I like to take my dogs on long walks and entertain them with puzzle toys I can fill with treats. I also have plenty conventional toys for the dogs.

Im a full-time graduate student at the college of Veterinary Medicine at UIUC. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I enjoy taking long walks, so I'm available to take pets out for walks longer than 30 minutes if necessary. I am available for in house pet visits lasting longer than 30 minutes. Please let me know if your pet requires any special accommodations. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I'm a dog mom of two funny and loving mixbreeds: Willow, a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix and Rorie, a Pekingese/Poodle mix. They are 11 & 16 years old respectively.
