I work a part-time job and am focusing most of my free time to medical concerns. I traditionally work in the early morning, 6-12. This leaves my afternoons free for the pets, but I can figure out how to care for them in the morning if necessary. Beyond that, I want to maintain active with the animals, playing, cuddling and taking for walks.

Safety, trust & environment
I have 3 dogs of varying sizes (8, 25, & 100). They have different diets and activity levels, but all maintain their appropriate body weight. We have a fenced backyard for them to roam around in. The big dog is an anxious creature so he gets put in the crate when everyone leaves the house. I specifically worked with him on it and he has done wonderfully with positive reinforcement. I am able to transfer this knowledge to other animals, it might just take a few tries. Access to treats might help 😋. For walks, I can handle dogs big dogs and the ones that pull pretty well. I refuse to use choke chains and shock collars. If they are wearing one, I would like (with your permission) to switch it for a regular collar during the time of my stay.

Pet care experience
I have been taking care of family/friend pets through the entirety of high school and afterwards. I have worked with a positive feedback trainer with my dog and have been able to apply those teachings to other behaviors in animals. I also know how to handle medications for dogs, from pills, intestine liquids, and topical creams. I absolutely adore big dogs and will totally let them be lap dogs. I love little dogs, even if they try to be ferocious creatures.

Reviews
Jade is a wonderful pet sitter and great person. She watched our cat innumerable times over the course of several years. We found her to be a diligent, trustworthy and dedicated individual who cared for our cat as if it were her own. We loved that she had great communication skills and was highly reliable. When we would leave town our pet worries were non-existent because we had Jade to rely on.
Jade was absolutely incredible while caring for my dog and cat. From the moment we started planning for our trip, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions and make sure they had everything needed to provide the best possible care for my pets. That level of preparation and attention to detail immediately gave me confidence. While we were away, Jade regularly sent photos and updates, which greatly eased my stress and allowed me to enjoy my time away knowing my pets were in excellent hands. Their communication was outstanding, and they never hesitated to reach out if they had a question. One of the things that impressed me most was how comfortable my pets were with Jade. My dog is an excellent judge of character and is always excited to see them, which speaks volumes about the love and care they provide. My cat is typically not a “people person,” yet I received multiple photos of him curled up asleep in Jade’s lap and happily cuddling with them—something that truly says it all. Thanks to Jade, I felt less anxious leaving my pets than I ever have before during a multi-day trip. They treated my animals as if they were their own, and I knew they were safe, loved, and well cared for every step of the way. I cannot recommend Jade highly enough for pet sitting. I would trust them with my pets again without hesitation and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter.
