Jade did a phenomenal job! She was able to board my dog for a week very last minute. She was great with communication and updates. I definitely recommend!!
I have used rover a number of times in the past good experiences mostly. Jade definitely gave the best experience to date it was also the longest my dog rolo has ever been boarded at 13 days. Jade was easy to communicate to and patient when it came to booking I was not sure of the dates as I was also in the process of moving to the area and she allowed for me to ask questions and was very forward in answering my questions I find that nice I don't like when people say yes to things than can't follow through she was very forward on what she could and could not do. On the first meet rolo seemed comfortable in the home and she explained what she does and how she handles many dogs all with different backgrounds and needs and that was clear to see even just on the first meet. She explained how she caters to each dog and owner and she cleans throughly after each one again you could tell that just upon arrival. Rolo is a shelter dog so even to this day I know him pretty well but anyone who has a shelter dog knows that they can always show quirks that they have never had before which happened and jade informed me of it quickly and how she handled it. Explaining she wasn't worried about it but wanted me to be aware for future sitters she is very aware of dogs body language which was nice and made me feel very secure of her abilities she was able to gage rolo and his comfortably and adjust accordingly. Pick up was also easy and a breeze we let her know when we were coming and she had rolos stuff and him ready when we arrived. I would definitely book again!

I can't recommend Jade highly enough! Leaving your dog with someone else is never easy, but she immediately me at ease. It's obvious that she genuinely loves and understands dogs, and she took the time to make sure he felt safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout his stay. What really separates Jade from others is her knowledge of dog behavior and training. When my dog experienced a little separation anxiety and wasn't interested in his food, she worked what I will call her Jedi mind tricks to get him eating again. With the incredible patience and obvious understanding of how dogs think, she was able to help him relax enough and feel comfortable. That level of care and attention meant so much to me and showed that she truly treats every dog with unique care. Knowing he was in such capable and compassionate hands gave me complete peace of mind. He came home very happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you're looking for someone who will treat your dog like family while bringing an incredible depth of knowledge and genuine compassion, there is no better person to entrust your dog with. Will absolutely be booking with her again!

Programa
I’m home full-time, so boarded dogs receive constant supervision, structure, and individualized care. My days are centered around caring for dogs, which allows me to safely manage multiple boarding dogs with different needs, energy levels, and routines. Each dog receives a balanced routine of exercise, enrichment, and rest in a calm, structured environment. I closely monitor behavior, maintain safe group dynamics, and provide plenty of one-on-one attention to ensure every dog feels secure and comfortable during their stay.

Safety and trust are my top priorities. I maintain a structured, calm household designed to meet the needs of a wide range of dogs. I have multiple separate rooms available for dogs who do not do well with other animals, allowing them to relax comfortably without stress. For dogs who enjoy social time, there is plenty of space for safe interaction and movement. I require dogs to be crate trained overnight or reliably potty trained with an established routine, which helps ensure safety, cleanliness, and consistency for everyone in my care. My home includes a secure, fenced-in yard for supervised outdoor time, exercise, and play. While structure is an important part of my household, dogs also enjoy playtime, enrichment, and appropriate freedom based on their individual needs and comfort level. With my experience and environment, I provide a safe, attentive, and well-managed space where dogs can feel secure and well cared for.
Un día normal
For fun and enrichment, the dogs will have a mix of mental stimulation and play-based activities. These include puzzle feeders, frozen puzzle toys, and Kongs to keep them engaged and mentally challenged. We also use feeding mats to slow down meals and make feeding time more enriching. For physical and seasonal fun, we incorporate different play ideas throughout the year, such as pool time and water play during warmer months, along with interactive games and appropriate outdoor play. These activities help keep the dogs happy, stimulated, and well-exercised while also supporting calm, balanced behavior.
