Both Oscar and I have spent our whole lives around dogs, from tiny breeds to gentle giants. I also own a pet shop and dog groomers , so I’m hands on with a wide range of dogs every day. Your pup will be in experienced, caring hands with both of us.

Another 5 star stay for Ria with Jade and Oscar who are both brilliant and really care about the dogs they look after. Ria gets lots of love and attention, gets plenty of exercise and stimulation and always comes home happy. This is the third stay for Ria and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Communication both before and during the stay is excellent and we can’t recommend Jade and Oscar enough.

Jade and Oscar were fab at looking after our 15 year old Jack Russell and 6 year old Border Collie. They sent us regular photos and messages of how they were getting on and what they had been up to. Our dogs settled in well and seemed very happy. Jade and Oscar made them feel right at home and made sure that they had their regular medication. I can highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.
Ria had another brilliant stay with Jade and Oscar. She was well looked after and got taken on lots of exciting adventures. Communication was superb again with lots of updates and pictures. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jade and Oscar, they have been fantastic for us and the whole experience over 2 stays has been first class.

Schedule
We both work full time, Oscar works every other weekend with a Tuesday off but also with the option of being able to work a late shift meaning we would cover different parts of the day, as I work a regular 9-5.

Safety, trust & environment
We provide a safe, comfortable home environment with a fully fenced garden for outdoor time and play. We also have the option of having our family dog stay with us during your dog’s visit if they’d enjoy the company—but if your dog prefers being the only pet in the house, we’re happy to keep the space just for them. Your dog will be treated like part of the family, with plenty of love, attention, and free run of the house.
A typical day
A typical day depends on the dog, but we always make sure they get a good walk at some point. At home, we play with toys or in the garden, and we use things like lickimats to keep them entertained and lots of cuddles, especially if we’re relaxing in front of the fire. Overall, we just make sure they feel comfortable, included, and cared for throughout the day.
