Welcome to the Pack!
Hello, I'm Jade, self-confessed animal enthusiast. I've been working in education until recently but am about to take the plunge into the wonderful world of pet-care. Proud Mum of two wonderful rescue dogs (Lurcher and Spointer), I'm well accustomed to dogs of different sizes with very different personalities. I've also been volunteering at a local dog shelter one day a week since the start of the year, gaining more hands-on experience. I'm dog first aid trained and hold a full DBS. I'm happy to offer any dog services. This is my job and my passion, so rest assured that your dogs will have my undivided attention!

Absolutely awesome! It was our 5 month collie's time away from us for the first time, and he had a great time! Jade was a brilliant host, and we felt so relaxed leaving Jax with her. We had constant updates and beautiful pictures on his adventures, for the weekend. Would highly recommend Jade and will definitely be using her in the future (if she can cope with Jax for a second time 🤣) Thankyou so much, Jade!
We were anxious about leaving Tilly with anyone because the last time we went away she got very bad separation anxiety. It was imperative to us that we found someone who would understand her anxiety and make sure that it was like a home away from home. Jade and her family have really looked after Tilly so well not only that but taking on a long walks and making a fuss of her and encouraging the gorgeous wee character of our Tilly to come out. She sent us regular updates with pictures showing the fun that Tilly was having in our absence. Before we left home a few days before Jade and her husband did a video call with us to put our fears at ease and just to give her an outline of how Tilly had been on our last time away. Jade has lots of experience with anxious dogs and we would have absolutely leave Tilly with jade again in the future... in fact we're all ready discussing her looking after Tilly again when we go to Aberystwyth again next year... Jade was lovely with Honey from the first meeting. She is very calm and obviously very caring. It was clear from all the updates that Honey had a fabulous holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jade.

I made a very last minute booking and Jade was very accommodating, professional, and clearly has a passion for animals. Several updates we sent throughout the day to keep the mind at ease. Would highly recommend!

Schedule
This is my full-time job. I have two dogs of my own, ranging from high energy Spointer to a Lurcher who is starting to wind down. I love being outdoors and walking. I have a teenager who also really loves dogs, and who has undertaken animal volunteering projects at one of our local shelters.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a bungalow, if boarding with us, the dogs have full use of this, no stairs for those achey older dogs. We have a fully fenced in garden which the dogs have constant access to. We live in an area where walks are in abundance. We do one big walkie a day, and a later, shorter walk. Our dogs sleep wherever they want. I am fully flexible to also dog-sit in the owner's home if required.
Pets
A typical day
There's no such thing as a typical day for us. We really like to vary our walks to keep the dogs stimulated. When we're not walking we spend lots of time playing with our guests or cuddling up on the sofa. Each dogs experience is as unique as they are.
