I have a very flexible schedule and can also work from home. I also have 5 weeks vacation a year. I am an empty nester with my own dog who would love the company as well. I spend a lot of time outside as I have a large lot that I love to enjoy.

I have a 10 yr old bulldog who was a rescue and came to me as a pup. I have a fenced yard and a clean and dog friendly home. Every dog that comes to my home has a wonderful time and is well taken care of. Any dogs that are in my home are supervised, always fresh water and if they would like a walk then we are on the move!

My 10 yr old dog has some skin issues, dry eye and that is about it nothing contagious. I have had many dogs in the past that have medical issues or just special needs, I have the patience to care for them and make them feel comfortable and safe!
A typical day
I love to hang out in my huge backyard all fenced 233 feet deep. Lots of stimulating toys on hand. Love to walk. We can eat outside and snuggle to late evenings. I garden, cook and just enjoy my yard so fresh air and exercise is key. If it is a hot day then the air is in on and we are inside and will take breaks to cool off!

I have had approximately 44 years of having my own dogs and helping out with other dogs!! I have taken care of friends and family dogs up to and including 5 weeks at a time. I am empathetic towards senior dogs as I have had many senior dogs of my own that needed care at the end of their lives. My home is dog friendly with a large fenced in yard so much room to wander and play! I would be interested in taking care of dogs that are becoming or that are trained.

Jacquie took care of my 10 year old Boston terrier for 5 weeks. She understood my dogs needs and send videos and pics throughout that time. Jacquie loves dogs and treats them soooooo well. Highly recommend her to take care of your fur baby. 5 stars.
I have known Jacquie for many years, and have never known her not to have a Dog and various other pets. She is a loving, caring, responsible, dog lover that goes above and beyond to care for her pet, as well as any others that she had been trusted to care for, including my beloved Yorkie. I always knew my pet would be happy, safe and given a lot of attention & affection. She loves to spend time with them outdoors in her large backyard and long walks, as well as indoors getting loving attention. I would highly recommend Jacquie
Jacquie has watched our golden lab, Archie, on numerous occasions and is our go-to pet sitter. He is so well taken care of when he is there and absolutely loves spending time there. She is thoughtful and detail oriented when it comes to his care and has a great house for dogs with a big backyard. We have used Jacquie for short and longer term stays and would recommend her to anyone.
Pleasure of Friendship for 45 years. For as long as I can remember, Jacquie’s had dogs and they have been the apple of her eye, treated like her family. Nothing was too good for her dogs. She was also always a girl that would step up and take care of other people‘s dogs welcoming them into her home. As a dog lover myself, it would be the only place that I would feel comfortable leaving my pet as I know she would love and care for them as if they were her own.
