I’ve had dogs my entire life, since I was born we have always had dogs. I have cared for many different breeds of all sizes and ages, with varying health needs and conditions. I’m also happy to help with grooming activities like baths or brushing if needed. I love animals and will love your furry family members like they’re my own!

Safety, trust & environment
I am very familiar with pet care and am extremely detail oriented. Since I’m a scientist, I follow directions to the letter and am always careful and loving with your fur babies. The comfort and safety of your pets are my top priority. I am also happy to administer medication if needed (and so long as clear directions are provided), feed and water, take them for walks or even just take the time to play with them so they get some love and exercise while you’re away!

This is my second time having Jacquie watch my cat, and she has been wonderful both times! She was available on short notice, which was incredibly helpful, and she took great care of him while I was away. Jacquie is reliable, communicative, and clearly cares about the pets she watches. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter!
Jacquie did awesome!! This is my first time using rover and first time leaving my cat for longer than a day, and she did great with updates. She sent a lot of photos and also adjusted his breakfast when I asked!! Would definitely recommend!

Schedule
I am currently a PhD Student in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. And while I’m certainly busy, I am also able to make my own schedule and work in the lab when I can. Meaning I can work around your schedule without too much trouble. I am currently trying to earn more money to cover cancer treatments for my own pup Sasha, and what a better way to do so than loving on other fur babies!
