For all our new clients that don’t know us yet. Our radius for Housesitting is around 4-5 miles. Dog Walks & Home Checks are 3-4 miles Mon-Friday. Weekend Home Checks & Walks are more flexible with times. Our main service areas are Las Colinas, Irving, Hackberry Creek, University Hills, Valley Ranch. But please feel free to reach for more info. Pet care is a full time job for me (Jacqui) but when the summer temps start kicking in…SUMMER HOURS begin for dog walking during the heat of the summer. Due to the Texas heat, our family will always put your dogs health and safety first...that being said, we will change our hours of operation during the hot days. We are happy to walk your dog in the early hours of the day, or later in the evening. We will still offer midday check-ins, potty breaks and possibly a short walk in a shaded yard or street. We cannot risk your dogs health by walking them in this heat or on the hot sidewalks. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do hope that you understand why we have to look after your dogs well being. We will get back to regular hours once the temperatures have cooled off. On a side note…we always ask for some flexibility on the time you request. We will always try to meet that time, but working with pets, traffic, unforeseen matters…can affect arrival times. Please ask when making a booking request about available time slots and how close to that time we can make it.
