What sets us apart from other sitters is the warm, home-from-home environment we provide. We’re a dog-loving household, and with my retired mum at home during the day, there’s always someone around to give your dog plenty of love and attention. Our two friendly, well-socialised dogs also help new dogs feel settled and part of the family from the start. We have experience with dogs of all ages — from playful puppies to gentle seniors — and we always adapt our care to suit each dog’s needs. Whether it’s supporting with basic training, administering medication, or providing a calm space for older dogs to relax, we’re committed to making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

Jacqui was absolutely amazing with Bella! ❤️ Bella stayed with Jacqui for two weeks while we were on holiday, and although we missed her terribly, Jacqui made the whole experience so much easier by constantly sending us photos, updates and little messages. It was so reassuring to see how happy and settled Bella was. From the moment we met Jacqui, we knew we had made the right choice. She treated Bella as though she was her own, giving her so much love, care and attention. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after her. When we picked Bella up, she was so excited and happy to see us again — but you could also tell she was going to miss Jacqui! 5 ⭐️ Jacqui was wonderful from start to finish! ❤️ This was the first time we’d ever left Fig, so we were understandably quite nervous, but Jacqui made us feel completely at ease. She kept us updated throughout our time away and sent us lovely little updates on how Fig was getting on, which meant we could properly relax knowing she was happy and well looked after. Fig had the best time at Jacqui’s house and clearly loved every minute! 🥰 We wouldn’t hesitate to leave her with Jacqui again and would 100% recommend her. Jacqui was absolutely brilliant caring for Lexi during our week-long holiday! We received daily photo and video updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Collecting Lexi, it was clear how happy and comfortable she was. Jacqui genuinely formed a special bond with her. We couldn't have asked for a better boarder and will definitely be booking with her again!
We cannot thank Jacqui enough for the wonderful care she gave our 4‑month‑old puppy Snuggle while he stayed away from home. From the very start, we felt completely at ease—Jacqui is so warm, trustworthy, and clearly has such a loving way with dogs 💖 What made it extra special was how thoughtfully she kept us involved: she sent regular updates with lovely photos, sweet videos, and detailed notes about how Snuggle was doing, what he’d been up to, and how settled he felt. It meant the world to us to see our little one happy and safe, and we never felt out of the loop at all! Jacqui’s home is such a caring, welcoming place—Snuggle was loved and looked after as if he were her own. We would 100% recommend Jacqui to all our family and friends without any hesitation, and we will definitely be using her services again in the future! Schedule
I work full-time from home in a corporate role, so I’m around all day to provide consistent care and attention. On weekdays, I take my 4-year-old female Labradoodle out for a longer walk around 8am, and again in the evening around 5pm. Although I don’t have a garden, I’m only a 2-minute walk from Yeadon Tarn, so I can easily take dogs out frequently throughout the day for toilet breaks, short walks, or exercise. At weekends, we start the day with a longer walk in the morning, and dogs will usually join me in whatever I’m doing during the day, while still having plenty of rest time at home if preferred.

I always prioritise each pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. In my home, pets are supervised and cared for in a calm, clean environment, with plenty of attention and regular walks throughout the day. I follow any instructions provided by the owner closely, including feeding routines, medication, and preferred walking habits.

A typical day
A typical day starts with a longer morning walk where I like to vary the route to keep things interesting and mentally stimulating for the dogs. Throughout the day, dogs will have regular toilet breaks, short walks to Yeadon Tarn, and plenty of attention while I work from home. In the evening, we usually go to the same park for a consistent routine and relaxed wind-down walk. At home, I also use enrichment activities such as toys, lick mats, and Kongs to keep dogs mentally engaged and entertained.
