Jacqueline was awesome! Our fur babies were well taken care of; pictures and videos were proof. She communicated well and we came home to happy animals. Our house looked exactly as we left it. Cannot thank her enough! Will be calling her again and cross my fingers that she is available!
Jacquelyn was responsive to my texts and when I came home the house was as I left it except for the mail she brought in. I do wish she initiated communication more with me since Gabby is an extremely anxious dog. Otherwise I was thankful she could come on short notice and that I could trust her to do her best.

We've been using Jacquelyn for years! Truly a gem she is. She treats our fur babies as if they are her own. We travel a lot so it's great having her to take care of them as needed. 5 out of 5!!
