I am retired, as is my husband Michael, so the hours are very flexible. My husband is a recently retired Police officer of 30 years so the safety of your pet and indeed your property is guaranteed. We are free both during the week and on weekends to look after your pet(s). We are reliable, caring and friendly.

A typical day
We love to walk along the riverside which is 1/4 mile from our house, in parks and open countryside. We have a number of different walk lengths which will suit all dogs.

Pet care experience
Both my husband Michael and I both had either dogs or cats most of our lives and love being around them. We sadly lost our last dog 'Sally' a springer spaniel 5 years ago. We miss looking after, walking and being around pets and so decided as we had so much love to give to dogs or cats that it would be good for both us and pet owners if we could offer our services as a walkers, sitters and drop in visits. We love animals and understand the importance of building up a relationship with pets and owners so that they know we're trustworthy. We'll note down what owners expect and how to care for their pets such as medication, anything they don’t get along with (or like) etc.

Wonderful drop-in service from Jackie and Michael. We were kept updated at all times, and Winston was very comfortable and relaxed around them despite only having briefly met before the sit. Winston also has medication twice daily on a strict schedule which Jackie and Michael adhered to perfectly. They were also very respectful of our property. We would definitely recommend Jackie and Michael, and will certainly be booking them for future sits. Thanks again! :)
Highly recommend Jackie and Michael! My two dogs Todd and Logan are very happy with them and I get regular updates throughout the day. You can see how much they love dogs and it makes you feel at ease that they will look after yours very well.
Jackie and Michael were great with our two Labradors. I felt extremely at ease with them both and so did our dogs. They cared for them to a high standard, keeping to their routine as to not unsettled them. We got regular updates which was nice. Would definitely not hesitate to use them again.
We have known Jackie & Michael for over 30 years now. In recent years we had the need for extra support with our two dogs. We are very busy with work commitments currently and are unable to provide our dogs, both Hungarian Vizsla’s, with the walks they need each day. Jackie & Michael have been there when we couldn’t walk them, also providing some dog sitting during the day for us. The dogs love them and look forward to seeing them and both. Jackie and Michael were keen to learn the individual needs of our dogs which gave us great comfort in asking them to work with us. Michael is a retired Police officer and that also put our mind at rest with regard to the safety of both our dogs and our house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them both.
