Camp Cooper- name given to us by client. About us: We live in Flower Mound about 12 minutes from DFW airport. Our house makes for a perfect home-away-from-home, with ample space to play both inside and out. We are a loving, attentive and compassionate family with two boys (ages 12 and 16), along with our fur-baby Cooper (4 year old black Labrador) and newest member Jane (3 year old terrier). Fun facts about us: - We love making homemade treats for our pups. We can easily exclude any ingredients your pup might be allergic to. Veterinarian approved ingredients. - We love to capture pictures of pups during their stay. If your pup is with us during a holiday don’t be surprised if we send some really cute pictures of your pup dressed-up to commemorate the holiday. We love taking timeless pictures of our furry friends. Check out our album to see some of the fun holiday photos we’ve done. *we are not professional photographers; we simply love taking pictures that owners can treasure for a lifetime. - We joined rover in July of 2023. Since then, we’ve cared for over 35 various dog breeds. Caring for dogs has become an integral part of our lives, and can’t imagine not doing it. This has been so rewarding and fulfilling for everyone, especially our son who wants to be a veterinarian. We work from home, so there will always be someone with your pet. When the weather cooperates, the pool is a great outdoor activity for our four legged guests who love swimming. Our Labrador Cooper, probably gets more swim time than any of us. If your pet does not like to swim that's no issue; there is plenty of shade and lounge chairs for non-swimmers. Rest assure, your fur-baby will never be left alone outside. If they are outside, we are outside with them. The safety of your dog and ours is of utmost importance. For the safety of our children, dogs and the pets in our care we cannot accommodate any aggressive dogs. Hope to meet you and your furbabys’ soon.

As always, top notch service from Jacqueline and Roy. They went above and beyond, taking care of Hazel right after her spay surgery, feeding her 4x daily and putting up with her E-collar. Hazel is always happy to see them, and when she’s happy, I’m happy!

Our schedule: We work from home and are flexible with accommodating feeding, walking and sleeping schedules your pet may have. We are available most days of the week and some weekends

Safety, trust and environment: Dogs are the epitome of unconditional love and should feel safe, protected, and loved at all times. We will treat your pet, just as we do ours; as part of the family. We have a fenced yard, and pool that our dog loves to swim in. If your dog likes to swim, he/she will love the pool. Your pet will not be left outside alone, someone will always be with them. Our home has plenty of room, so your pet will not feel overwhelmed by too much activity or noise. We are a dog friendly home. Pets are welcome on furniture ❤️

A typical day
A typical day for us involves taking walks to the hound mound in Flower Mound, which is within walking distance from our home. Our neighborhood is very pet-friendly; at almost any hour of the day, you will see someone walking their dogs. There are several paths in our community that we love to walk along. Playing catch, fetch, cuddling, and going for walks are the norm, and with the owner's approval, we might a take trip to get a a pup cup. If your pup likes to swim, he or she will love our pool. It's a saltwater pool, so there are no harsh chemicals.
