We walk our dog at least 3 times a day, mostly 4. First thing, lunch time, early evening and last thing. I work from home and am part time.

We have a secure walled garden where your dog can roam around, as well as free run of our house. We can easily keep them in one room or use a crate if needed. Happy to feed whatever you usually feed whether that is raw, fresh or kibble and cater to any allergies.

A typical day
On my working days, we are out walking first thing, then a shorter walk at lunch followed by a nice long walk to a park at tea time. On my days off I love to take my time on the morning walk, either a harbour loop, Ashton Court, Leigh Woods, the Downs or further afield.

Pet care experience
I'm an experienced dog owner, and currently have a 4 year old Miniature Schnauzer who loves to play and gets on well with most other dogs. He's well behaved (mostly) and would love to have another dog to spend time with since our older dog passed away. I work from home, and have a flexible schedule so always fit in morning, lunch and evening walks. My husband Errol is a freelancer so often is at home during the day as well. We love exploring local parks, countryside and dog friendly beaches. Our son is a very calm 9 year old and has grown up around dogs of all shapes and sizes, and he understands the importance of giving pets their space when they need it. I've previously volunteered at Battersea Dogs Home on their rehoming team, and loved getting to know all the dogs and helping to find their forever homes. I also volunteered at Bristol Animal Rescue Centre, walking their older resident dogs on my lunch breaks. I understand that all dogs have different needs and temperaments, and will make sure we can meet your dogs needs. Always happy to chat and see if we are a good fit for your dog :)

Jackie and family took such lovely care of our old girl Jazz! Thank you so much for making her stay so comfortable and happy

Jackie and family kindly took a fairly last minute booking from us and accommodated a meet beforehand. The communication from Jackie was great - we received updates and photos so we were happy our dog had settled in nicely. Thank you for looking after our girl so well 😊

Our pup was so well taken care of and loved up by Jackie and her family! Already booked another doggy camp for our next holiday.

Jackie and family were fantastic with Wally from start to finish. She made a real effort to understand his needs beforehand and ensured he felt completely at home during his stay. Communication was great, and she was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up, which made everything so easy for us. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and Wally came back relaxed, happy, and very well looked after. We felt totally confident leaving him in her care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming environment for their dog!
