Jacqueline left me notes and some photos of my cat while I was in England for two weeks. She gave Venus medicine every day, made sure to give her affection, and left the cat area neat and clean. I will certainly use her again when I have to leave my cat.

I went out of town for Thanksgiving and didn’t want my elderly cat to feel abandoned, so I booked Jacqueline for daily 30‑minute drop‑ins the three days I was gone. I’ve got an automatic feeder and a water fountain set up, so her main tasks were pretty simple: scoop the litter box, change the water in two bowls, and hang out for the rest of the time so my cat could get some human interaction if she wanted. I left all of that in a note on the kitchen table. I also have cameras (in plain sight) so I can check in on my cat from time to time. *Day one didn’t go great — she didn’t change the water, only spent a couple minutes with my cat, looked/went into every room in the house, even ones with closed doors, and left about 10 minutes early. *Day two was even shorter: she scooped the litter box and was gone in about four minutes. When I checked in with her after the second visit, she exaggerated how much time she’d spent with my cat up to that point, which didn’t match what I saw on the cameras. I reminded her about the water bowls and mentioned how quick that day's visit had been, and she promised to do better the next day. *Day three was indeed better! She changed the water, scooped the litter box, and stayed the full time, spending most of the time (at least 15 minutes) hanging out with my cat — exactly what I was wanting her to do. Her other reviews are really positive, and she seems nice, so maybe my experience was just a fluke?

Jacqueline was friendly and quick to respond. Our pets seemed well cared for with her and she left our house clean. Would recommend!

Jacqueline was AMAZING!!! She was so sweet and kind when we met and my dogs loved her! This was the first time I have allowed anyone to stay in my home while in vacation and I didn’t have a worry in the world. My house was just like I left it, clean and orderly! I highly recommend Jacqueline and Rover to take care of my dogs!!! Thank you Jacqueline!! ❤️

Jacqueline was wonderful with our old girl! Her availability was great and she promptly answered all my my messages.

Jacqueline was a great sitter and her availability for us was just perfect. The fact that she can do nights and weekends, and stayovers is wonderful and she handled our boy Charlie (who can be a lot) wonderfully. Have already made plans to use her again and highly recommend to anyone, regardless of their petsitting needs.
