I have had pets for my whole life. From when I lived on a farm as a toddler to dog sitting for friends and family in more recent years as I have semi retired. I have experience in all aspects of dog and cat care and training.

So relieved to have found Jacqueline. Trial has went amazing so much so when we arrived to collect the dogs they ran back in to give Jacqueline a cuddle is a good sign.
Jacqueline and John were fantastic. Connie went for the afternoon as an introduction visit prior to longer visit coming up. Connie can be quite timid and they were very understanding, they took everything at her pace and allowed her time to settle. I got lovely update pictures during the visit and was delighted to see Connie chilling out almost asleep on the kitchen floor (something I didn’t think would be achieved in such a short visit). From the moment we met Jacqueline Connie seemed quite comfortable around her.
Jacqueline provided an excellent service. Kept me up to date with photos etc of Jake. We were anxious as this was his first time away from us. Absolutely no need as he was very well looked after in his home from home. He is now looking forward to his longer stay in the summer (And we can enjoy our holiday knowing he is being well cared for)
Trial night for my mini dachshund which went well. I could tell he really liked Jacqueline and John who were both really patient and attentive. Lovely big garden to explore and they helped him feel at home. Hoping to be able to let Harris have some holidays there in the future. Thanks to both of you.

Schedule
I am now retired and can be available for week day and weekends for boarding and walking etc. I work with owners and their needs.

Very much this will be by taking the lead of the owners. What they want for their pets and the specific needs of any one animal trusted to my care.
A typical day
Walking lots, throwing and fetching toys in the house/enclosed back garden. Great local walks from our doorstep, parks and hills all close by. I don't let dogs off the lead on walks, even the best behaved dogs can get spooked when out with their owners and with someone less well known to them that is more likely. Lots of cuddles and 'chatting' to reassure and build trust.
