I have lifelong experience caring for both cats and dogs, including rescues, seniors, anxious pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. I’ve lived with pets my entire life and currently care for my own animals, so I understand how important routines, safety, and trust are. I’m comfortable with a wide range of services — drop‑ins, walks, house sitting, feeding routines, medication (oral), litter box care, crate training, and supporting pets with mobility or confidence challenges. I adapt my care to each pet’s personality. Whether your dog is energetic or slow‑moving, or your cat is social, shy, or spicy, I meet them where they’re at and make sure they feel safe and understood. You’ll always receive reliable communication, updates, and photos so you know exactly how your pet is doing while you’re away. I treat every animal with the same love, gentleness, and attention I give my own.

Jacqueline has been amazing!!! She took such great care of my Koko. She followed all of his special instructions, was always on time and took pictures and sent me little notes that he was doing great. I would definitely recommend her and will continue to use her when I need someone to take care of my cat.

This was my first time using Rover so I was a little apprehensive. I was traveling via boat with a stay in Elk Rapids. Jacqueline contacted me ahead of time to confirm my boat’s location and instructions. She followed my instructions and sent me pictures and updates. I highly recommend Jacqueline’s services and will definitely be booking with her again when I am in the area.

I always keep a sharp eye on any animal to ensure their safety and overall wellbeing are in good spirits. Nonetheless, whether it is on leash or a fenced in yard, your child is in good hands!

A typical day
I love to go on walks with dogs, check out different parks in the area, and get some fresh air together. There are many dog parks around to enjoy as well as just walking around town and playing catch.
