I had little notice to plan a last minute trip and Jacquie came to the rescue by fitting us into her schedule. She took immaculate care of my 3 neurotic Daucshsunds which can be challenging given that they have high anxiety and don’t like anyone other than me. With skill and supreme patience she coaxed 2 of the 3 out of hiding for some much needed cuddles. She followed the feeding and care instructions I left to the T, and has always been respectful of my home. She even brought in the mail! It gave me great comfort receiving her daily status updates with pictures. I trust her absolutely with my rotten lil monsters, and that’s saying a lot! We love her and hope she will keep us on her client roster for years to come. She’s a gem!
