I know for me my dog is basically my child, so I know they are part of the family and I take that seriously when it comes to their safety and trust. I always suggest a meet and greet before booking so I not only get to meet you but your fur baby and talk in depth about your needs and their needs. I have stayed in home for clients before and I always try to leave it just as I found it if not better. For dog walks I always double check what you’d like me to do to make it as seamless as possible. Whether that’s locking gates, doors, resetting alarms, etc. You’re safety and your fur babies safety is important!

I always do my best to promote open communication. The more I am aware of possible health conditions, medications, routines, favorite toys, favorite pup nap spots, etc. the better. Your pups temperament is a very good place to start as far as care. Are they more timid and bashful with new people, are they balls of energy and prep for some jumps, or do they not have a care in the world.

I love to get to know your pups so they feel comfortable being with me. If going for a walk I always take my time to build trust beforehand. That includes all the belly scratches, toy play time, and snuggles they will allow. I love capturing photos of them while they’re in my care and send them to the owners so they can have some comfort while away from their fur babies. I especially love me a good goofy photo!!

I was an animal science major and can provide basic veterinary care if needed. I have a dog of my own with a hyper disposition so I know how to keep up with even the most active of pets. I always treat every animal I meet as if it were my own. They’re more than just pets, they’re part of the family. I can spend hours just playing with puppies and adore some doggie cuddles. My passion for animals has been a lifelong adventure and I will always make time to have room in my heart for animals

I had not use rover for several months and I was going out of town and needed to use it. I call Jacqueline. When she came over the dogs went crazy. They missed her soooo much. That is how I know she does a great job with them.
