I know how important it is to keep a close eye on an animal when you own one or are watching one. At home, I am careful to always make sure the doors are shut and potentially hazardous items are kept out of your pet’s reach. When walking a dog I devote 100% of my attention to them and my surroundings, keeping watch of anything that’s on the ground that they could potentially try to eat.

It’s definitely good for me to know what kind of allergies your pet has, as well as any habits to be mindful of (for example, my cat always tries to run outside whenever I open the door). Also, If they are fearful of other dogs or have food aggression I would like to know this as well - I have experience caring for dogs with both of these things.
A typical day
I love playing with and being around animals because I feel like it is the most fulfilling thing somebody can do. I am an active person myself and am able to go on longer walks with your dog if that is what they require. I try to base each routine around the needs of the individual owner and pet.

I have had 2 years worth of experience walking dogs on other apps and have decided to come to rover! I used to live in Chicago but I’ve recently moved to Glendale, CA and hope to be able to continue walking dogs here. I have had multiple dogs and cats growing up, both big and small, and love to be around them. I have been told that I have a great attention for detail and really care about the dogs that I walk and sit. During sittings I will be able to tend to any need you need to, and I am very responsive. *I’m not currently working another job right now* I am also very responsive if you need to contact me while I am with your dog. I make it a point to be on time to see your dog, and to cater to whatever needs you or your dog may have. I am able to do long term commitments as well. I am very excited to meet you and your dog.
