Hi! We’re Jacobo and Raquel! Since childhood, we’ve always had pets around us, and back home in Spain, we have a little zoo of our own — a dachshund, a labrador, a German shepherd, and two adorable Maltese bichons! They’re currently staying with family, and we miss them so much. That’s why we’d love the opportunity to take care of your dog here in London. We understand how important it is to know your dog is in good hands, and we’re more than happy to provide updates, photos, and anything else to give you peace of mind while you’re away. Whether it’s walks in the park, cuddles, or playtime, we’ll treat your dog like part of the family. Let us give them a home away from home!

We were honestly so happy with the care our dog Barney received while we were away visiting family in Ireland. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. The updates and photos we received while we were away were really appreciated and gave us such peace of mind. He always looked so happy and content, and it was lovely to see that he had settled in so well and was getting on brilliantly with the other dogs. The home was spacious, comfortable and had everything he needed. You could really tell that the dogs were well cared for and made to feel at home. It made such a difference being able to enjoy our time away without worrying about him. We would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it to our friends, family and anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their dog. Thank you Jacobo! Jacobo and Raquel took wonderful care of Cleo, especially making sure she stayed cool in the heat wave. They were very flexible when my trip got cut short, and I ended up coming home early. Would entrust them with Cleo again!
Jacobo and Raquel were great with Archie
Our Cavapoo Louie LOVED every second of his 2-day-stay! He’s a 12 weeks old puppy and needed some extra attention and care, which both Raquel and Jacobo provided without any issues and in perfection. Very experienced, very calm and lovely people and I truly felt like my dog is well looked after. Highly recommend and will book again.
Jacobo was great with Hermes, he kept us updated, provided pictures and clearly had a great time playing with and walking Hermes. We will definitely be booking again and couldn’t recommend him enough!

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into our daily routine because we both have full flexibility in our jobs, and one of us is always at home. We’re also a very active couple, so we love taking dogs out for walks or any activity they need. Our home is spacious, with plenty of room for your dog to feel comfortable, and we even have a terrace where they can relax and soak up the sun when the weather is nice. Rest assured, your dog will be well taken care of and get all the attention they deserve!
