Jacobe is very kind and great at communicating with you. He always gets back to us and provided videos from his first visit. He came by for a meet and greet beforehand at no charge and it’s obvious he loves and has experience with animals. Thank you, Jacobe!
Jacobe responded very quickly to my last minute request when another sitter had to cancel last minute. He made a trip to meet myself and Millie before the booking was confirmed so we could make sure Millie and I were comfortable with him. He took very good care of both Millie and my friend's dog Buddy, sent lots of photos so we could see how it was going and left everything in great shape, including a couple of tired, happy dogs. I would definitely book him again in the future.
